This is a shoyu ramen from Motomachi.  Almost all (maybe all, not sure) of their ingredients are organic and locally produced.  Delicious!
Arguing about whether or not Kintaro or Motomachi is the best Ramen in town is silly.  They’re different.  In fact, Kintaro puts a sign up on the day they’re closed that tells you to walk down to Motomachi.
